MEET CREATOR+HOST,
KEVIN SELDON
As a leading brand strategist within the social-impact space, Kevin has had the pleasure of working with some of the world’s most high-profile brands from Fortune 500 companies and award-winning artists to world-renowned non-profits. He’s led inspirational workshops from NBCUniversal to Northwestern University (his Alma mater), spoken on stages across the country, and refuses to take on any project he doesn’t wholeheartedly believe in.
However, after five years of failed attempts at starting a family, Kevin was left a bit broken – working to inspire passion in others while sorely lacking any in himself. So, when he and his wife finally learned that they were pregnant, Kevin decided to take an extended paternity leave to become a stay-at-home dad for the first year of his child’s life. He expected the experience to be exhilarating yet exhausting, but what he didn’t anticipate was how isolated he would feel. He was shocked at the lack of support available to dads who seemed to be completely excluded from parenting culture. In response, he launched DILF (as in: Dad I’d Like to… Friend), which has since broken onto Apple’s Parenting Podcast charts across the globe while recently hitting #6 on the US charts.
What began as a simple forum to build a support network of dads Kevin would want to… friend, has quickly become a global movement to unite moms and dads in the common goal of raising a happy and healthy future generation while bringing joy back to our homes.
Kevin resides in Culver City, CA with his beautiful wife and son, who taught him that the best things in life… are worth the wait.
